Truthfully.

I was unsure, scared, and nervous,… up until now. I’ve been waiting for the last two rough mixes of new songs for a few weeks now,… they arrived in my inbox this morning, and I am completely and utterly relieved. All the anxiousness dissolved and immediately turned into pure excitement the second I heard the last two tracks. There’s still a ton more to do before this new EP is ready for release, such as small changes to the mixes I have now, mastering, and press… but wow, what a relief it is to hear it all as a whole.

In short, I’m excited as hell, and can’t wait to eventually share these songs with you all. (I can’t promise the timeframe in which I’ll actually be able to start sharing any of the new tracks with you, but I can tell you that I’ll be able to announce the official release date, tracklisting, & cover art relatively soon…. and after that it will be a downpour of song previews and pre-release goodness.)

P.S. - A bit of extra honesty,… this post isn’t even supposed to try and hype up the release… I really just had to do a bit of excited venting since no one else I know is awake and reachable right now :)
